Fantastic Planet had its beginning in Richmond, VA at local bar/restaraunt Ipanema Cafe and was the concept of DJ Doddie, DJ Moses, and DJ Easy Bee. The monthly event was an outlet for the three DJ's to play a wide variety of music for their friends at their favorite bar.
It has since become an institution in its own right in RVA nightlife. With the success of Fantastic Planet, the crew decided that it was a good time to expand and establish a F.P. chapter in Virginia Beach with the help of the Noah Larmz Crew and the Jewish Mother.
The Virginia Beach edition of Fantastic Planet will be a monthly event that you will not want to miss. Not to be pigeon-holed into any genre or scene, Fantastic Planet aims to produce an open event that will cater to anyone who wants to have a good time. Each party will feature different up-and-coming acts, guest appearances, live music, new DJ's, random happenings, lots of fun, and a whole lot of dancing.
